This policy is intended to inform visitors regarding policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information regarding the Super Shot 24 for the Apple and Android app stores.

If you choose to use this app, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The personal information that is collected is used for printing and retrieving photos only and non-identifiable analytics and performance purposes.

We will not use or share your information with any parties other than Walgreens if a user decides to print photos. The terms used in this privacy policy have the same meanings as in the privacy policy for the website, which is accessible at SuperShot24.com unless otherwise defined in this privacy policy.

Information Collection and Use

Super Shot does not require any login. This means passwords and sensitive information are not collected. For the purpose of printing and retrieving your photos, Walgreens requires first name, last name, email address and phone number. This information will not be shared with any person or entity other than Walgreens for any reason.

Photos are not shared or saved on any cloud server other than Walgreens. Photos are transferred only after a user submits pictures to be printed through the Super Shot app.

Location information is obtained with the users permission only to locate the nearest Walgreens for printing. Location data is not saved or shared in any way.

Log Data

Super Shot may also automatically collect other types of non-personally identifiable Information as you use the services, including technical information (such as your internet protocol (“IP”) address, mobile device ID, or browser type) and usage information (such as location data, the parts of the services you have visited, which links you have clicked and other information about how you interact with Super Shot. All such data is anonymous, and not associated with your PII.

Cookies

Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are used or app store analytics and usage data and are not associated with advertising or marketing in any way.

The Super Shot does not use these “cookies” explicitly. However, the app may use third party code and libraries that use “cookies” to collect information and improve their services. You have the option to either accept or refuse these cookies and know when a cookie is being sent to your device. If you choose to refuse our cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of this Service.

Security

We value your trust in providing us with your personal information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and I cannot guarantee its absolute security.

The security of our user data is very important to us. Any transactions are handled through Google Play or Apple’s standard in-app-purchase structure. We don’t store your credit cards number and have no access to purchases made at Walgreens.

Payment for photo prints are done in-store only. The SuperShot will be notified when your photos have been paid for at Walgreens.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy at this location. This policy is effective as of 2021-08-04
